If you mix UK jazz with downtempo deep house, the result is berlioz. Even though the producer Ted Jasper, aka berlioz, has only just released 10 songs under his new alter ego, his dreamy, soul-electronica genre has already found great approval.

Reason enough for the London-born musician to go on tour with his latest project. Berlioz will also be making a stop at Zurich's X-TRA on 14.03.2025 during his tour in spring

His unique sound has earned him shoutouts from Erykah Badu, support from BBCR1, Rinse, NTS, Reprezent and FIP, more than 10,000 vinyl records sold, over 100 million streams in the last year and a huge social media following with 549k Instagram followers and 336k on Tiktok. All of this has been achieved by berlioz as an independent artist, signed and managed by himself.

Having recently completed his historic tour of North America, the UK and Europe, berlioz will continue to share his live music and DJ sets with those who identify with his art.
