The four-piece band from Dublin will release their third album, 'Open Wide', on February 7th via Polydor Records, and will play a series of international shows as part of the Open Wide World Tour. INHALER is currently on a four-week tour of North America, where they will be presenting new songs from “Open Wide”, including the anthemic, 70s rock-inspired first single, “Your House”, which premiered on Tuesday as “Hottest Record In The World” on Radio 1.

“Open Wide” was produced by Kid Harpoon (Harry Styles/Florence & The Machine) and marks a big step forward for the band. The band started working on it in London earlier this year, encouraged to challenge themselves and take more creative control. Listening to a wide range of genres while writing – from techno to Nick Cave – inspired them to experiment with a brighter, more timeless sound and give the album more structure. The result is a 13-song album that feels unique – a guitar-driven pop album that is second to none and cements their status as one of the most exciting young bands around today.

Die vierköpfige Band aus Dublin wird ihr drittes Album «Open Wide» am 7. Februar über Polydor Records veröffentlichen und im Rahmen der Open Wide World Tour eine Reihe internationaler Shows spielen. INHALER befindet sich gerade auf einer vierwöchigen Tournee durch Nordamerika, auf der sie neue Songs aus «Open Wide» vorstellen, darunter die hymnische, vom 70er-Jahre-Rock inspirierte erste Single «Your House», die am Dienstag als «Hottest Record In The World» auf Radio 1 Premiere feierte.

«Open Wide» wurde von Kid Harpoon (Harry Styles/Florence & The Machine) produziert und markiert einen grossen Schritt nach vorne für die Band. Die Band begann Anfang des Jahres in London mit der Arbeit daran und wurde ermutigt, sich selbst herauszufordern und mehr kreative Kontrolle zu übernehmen. Das Anhören einer Vielzahl von Genres während des Schreibens – von Techno bis Nick Cave – inspirierte sie dazu, mit einem helleren, zeitlosen Sound zu experimentieren und dem Album mehr Struktur zu verleihen. Das Ergebnis ist ein Album mit 13 Songs, das sich einzigartig anfühlt – ein gitarrenbetontes Pop Album, das seinesgleichen sucht und ihren Status als eine der aufregendsten jungen Bands der Gegenwart festigt.
